Advance tickets for the Music Hall are available online and by phone. Some exceptions apply.
To order by phone or speak to a customer service rep, please call 239-334-7001, ext. 200. Customer Service hours are Wednesday - Sunday 9 to 5. Advance ticket sales close one day before showtime. All advance tickets are available at the will call table at the entrance gate.
Refunds
No refunds given for advance tickets. Exchanges are given at the discretion of the presenting organization.
Group Rates

The Music Hall generally opens one-half hour before the start of each show for admission and ticket sales.
